CONFLICT MINERALS
Tin, tantalum, wolfram and gold (3TG) are defined as Conflict Minerals, extracted in the eastern province of Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the adjoining countries, where armed groups who leave serious social and environmental damages by civil war will directly or indirectly be funded by proceeds from those 3TG minerals.
Hugo Arens GmbH & Co. KG feels obliged for health, safety und the protection of human beings and environment and confirms:
Tin, tantalum, wolfram and gold will not be used in our production process or admitted to our products.
Thus we ensure that our products are free of DRC conflicts.
